Ed., BCBA, is the proud owner of Orange Pediatric Therapy, a BCBA-owned practice that specializes in providing exceptional behavior analytic services to children and adolescents. With over 19 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Learning Behavior Specialist, Brooke has cultivated a practice that not only focuses on delivering high-quality care but also on nurturing the growth and development of her team.
Brooke earned her undergraduate degree in Children with Disabilities and Human Development and Family Living (now Applied Behavior Sciences) from the University of Kansas in 2004, followed by a Master’s in Special Education from Loyola University of Chicago.
Brooke started her career as a lead teacher in a therapeutic classroom, which ignited her passion for helping children with developmental and cognitive disabilities succeed in life and learning.
As a dedicated leader, Brooke is deeply passionate about collaborating with her staff, providing comprehensive training, and being an exceptional mentor. She passionately believes that a strong, knowledgeable team is essential for delivering outstanding care, and she is committed to the continuous development of her staff’s skills through hands-on training and guidance.
Additionally, Brooke offers tutoring for prospective behavior analysts as they prepare for their board examinations, helping to shape the next generation of professionals in the field.
Outside of work, Brooke is a devoted mother to her three beautiful children—Yali (8), Yishai (7), and Asher (5). They fill her life with joy and inspiration, and their love and energy drive her to make a meaningful, positive difference in the lives of the children she works with.
Fun Fact:
Brooke selected the name “Orange Pediatric Therapy” because not only is Orange her favorite color but according to the psychology of colors, Orange has traditionally been a symbol of optimism, happiness, enthusiasm, and youthful connections; qualities she strives to embody in her work.
Plus, with Frank Sinatra declaring orange as the happiest color, it seemed like the perfect choice for a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to bringing joy and positivity to children’s lives.
