Founder and Clinical Director

MS.Ed., BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Learning Behavior Specialist

Brooke Schneider, MS.Ed., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Learning Behavior Specialist with over 13 years of experience. She received her undergraduate degree in Children with Disabilities and Human Development and Family Living (Now Applied Behavior Sciences) from the University of Kansas in 2004.  Brooke continued her education at Loyola University of Chicago by receiving her Masters in Special Education. Since obtaining her degrees, she began her career as a lead teacher in a therapeutic classroom.   Brooke has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with developmental and cognitive disabilities in the areas of functional assessment, behavior intervention programming, integrating behavioral interventions in the home and school environment and teaching sign language. She has the experience and ability to create Academic Intervention Plans that identifies the necessary modifications and accommodations needed for each and every child to succeed in the school environment.  Currently, Brooke provides individual and group behavior therapy for children and adolescents within the clinical, home and school environment.

In addition to providing behavior analytic services to children and young adults, Brooke also provides tutoring to prospective behavior analysts as they prepare for their board examination.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lindsay Fettner MS., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Lindsay has been with Orange Pediatric Therapy since we opened the doors!! She received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lindsay obtained her bachelors degree from The University Of Kansas (Go Jayhawks!) in Applied Behavioral Sciences. She has extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum and related disorders. Prior to working at Orange Pediatric Therapy, Lindsay spent the 3 years working as an applied behavior analysis line therapist in clinic, school, and home based settings.  

Fun fact: Lindsay was our very first employee!! She can also solve a Rubiks cube in under 3 minutes!!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hannah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been with Orange Pediatric Therapy for over a year and a half!! Hannah earned her Bachelors Degree in Applied Health Science at Indiana University, and  has years of comprehensive experience with children and adults with a variety of both disabilities and abilities. Hannah’s experience and commitment to the field began in high school when she assisted a family friend in caring for adolescent twins diagnosed with autism. Hannah fell in love with the twins, and hasn’t stopped working in the field since. 

Hannah began working with more families, volunteered as a peer buddy with The Friendship Circle, and became an aid at a day camp. While studying abroad, Hannah had the opportunity to intern at The Rainbow School; an ABA school in London, England. Ever since then she has focused her practice primarily on Applied Behavioral Analysis. Hannah has a passion for helping others, and is excited to bring that passion to Orange Pediatric Therapy!

Fun Fact: Hannah never skips desserts!!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hannah Goschey, MS, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hannah received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at DePaul University in 2017. Hannah continued her education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology receiving her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Within the field, Hannah’s interests include parent coaching, emotional regulation, communication, and supervising aspiring BCBAs. She is also an adjunct professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology!

Hannah enjoys helping her clients and staff reach their goals and seeing their growth!

Sarah Church-Tisser, MS, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northern Michigan University in 2011. Sarah then moved to Los Angeles, where she worked at an ABA agency, gaining pertinent experience, while she continued her education at Purdue Global University. She received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. Shortly after, Sarah relocated to Maui, Hawaii, where she worked in home and school settings delivering ABA early intervention services. Sarah has extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum and related disorders. Sarah has always had a fervor for working with children and helping others and is excited to be a part of the Orange Pediatric Therapy family.

Is your child a superhero? Do they dream of being an astronaut flying through the stars? Get Kris on their team! Kris builds his sessions around exhilarating fun to get your kids begging for more excitement! Little known fact: he taught himself to juggle with the same ABA techniques that he brings to every session 🤹

Kris studied in the Master’s degree program for ABA at the Chicago School of a Professional Psychology and earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Benedictine University. He has been working with children and adults with autism and other special needs for the past 9 years. Kris has experience helping his clients in schools, in the community, and in their homes. His focus is meeting people where they’re at by practicing skills at their level to help build up their abilities.

In 2018, Kris presented in a symposium at the ABAI conference and just had a research article published in a peer-reviewed journal! (You’d make his day by asking about them 🤓)

Molly is pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated with an undergrad in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in early childhood education and autism intervention from the University of Kansas. She has experience working with children in a group and 1-1 setting. She is planning on continuing her education towards her Learning Behavior Specialist and to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This past year she worked as a Para educator in a special education classroom. She loves every minute of working with these children and helping them grow and is excited to be part of Orange Pediatric Therapy.

Vanessa is pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University Global. She studied Education and Art at Purdue University/PNC. Vanessa has over 10 years of experience working with children throughout Indiana and Illinois, most recently working as a Preschool teacher. She is passionate about creating lesson plans with most anything involving language and communication. Even happier when work involves daily living/adaptive skills as well as pre-academic and social skills. In her free time Vanessa loves to spend time with her family, cooking, traveling and reading. She is also an avid practitioner of Krav Maga (Huh?). If it involves the outdoors, a yoga pose or balancing your chakra, she is in.

Fun Fact: Vanessa can do an aerial (cartwheel without using your hands)

Registered Behavior Technician

Raquel graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Raquel was first introduced to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder while volunteering at a pediatric therapy clinic. She worked under the occupational therapists and assisted with the summer sports group. Raquel has five years of experience as an ABA therapist. She has experience working with children in the home and clinic setting. Before working at Orange Pediatric Therapy, Raquel was an instructor for a therapeutic preschool program. She is a very compassionate person and enjoys working with children.

Hi ! My name is Stacy Rubio! I am a Registered Behavior Technician with the passion and experience for working with the autistic and pediatric population. I earned my bachelor’s from Holy Cross College in Psychology and with a double minor in Spanish and Sociology. I spent a semester doing an internship at The Logan Center in South Bend, Indiana, in which I helped and interacted with the pediatric and teenage population with autism and other developmental disabilities during social night. I also worked with children on the Spectrum in the past. I have additional social work experience working with immigrant children, geriatric populations, and adults with mental and physical disabilities. I am a kid at heart! I truly enjoy working with the pediatric population. I love finding creative ways to help teach and nurture kiddos in the most fun and interactive way!

She continued her career and worked as an Registered Behavior Technician and an educational aid with those on the Autism Spectrum through an after-school enrichment program. In her free time, she likes to draw, bake, volunteer, and even runs her own floral wedding business. She is highly compassionate in the work she does as her biggest goal is to help anyone in any way to make even the smallest difference in their lives.

Jorey earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in Early Childhood Autism Intervention and a minor in psychology from The University of Kansas (Rock Chalk ). Her coursework consisted of being a preschool teacher for kids with and without disabilities as well as a therapist in an early intensive behavior intervention classroom. On summer breaks away from college, she spent much of her time at an inclusive camp in the Chicagoland area. Jorey has been born into this field and continues to love the people within it.

Fun Fact. Jorey is now our 4TH (FOURTH.. 4!!) KANSAS JAYHAWK on our team!! Can you believe it! Now many companies can say they have 4 Jayhawks on their team!! That is pretty spectacular! :). Rock Chalk Jorey. Rock Chalk!

Carline graduated from National Lewis University with a bachelors in behavioral science.  Prior to Orange, she was a certified nursing assistant at a nursing home. She has been in the healthcare field for 10 years and counting, 2 of those years as a RBT. Her passion for the ABA field came from her son, Willy, who was diagnosed with autism when he was 1 and a half. She enjoys working with children and is eager to learn new skills at Orange!

During her free time, she enjoys being around family and friends, going to the gym, shopping, and doing some self care (mani’s and pedi’s!).

Nikki is a Registered Behavior Technician with 6 years of experience working in the Applied Behavior Analysis field. Nikki completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global. Nikki has always had a passion for young children. Nikki was involved with a program in Oak Park, IL at The Academy of Movement and Music called “Everybody Can Dance”. This is an inclusive community that creates opportunities to make dance accessible to everyone, especially those with developmental and physical disabilities. Nikki also sits on the board of directors for The Day Nursery of Oak Park and River Forest. Nikki supports the board by helping promote accessible learning practices for all young learners. Nikki plans to complete her studies with a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis to be a future BCBA!
